Tom Willis is with Danaher Corporation as president of its Matco Tools Corporation, where he has led the senior management team since 1996. He is also responsible for Hennessy Industries in LaVergne, Tennessee and Bada Corp. in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Previously, he spent 19 years in varied sales and marketing roles in GE Plastics and two general management roles in GE Lighting.

Tom has a long history of serving on the boards of charitable organizations such as Make-A-Wish Foundation and Youth Opportunities Unlimited, in addition to serving on the Advisory Board for Spero-Smith Investment Advisors.
