Ox, one of the original TBEI platforms acquired in July 2005, is the leading manufacturer of medium and heavy-duty (Class 6-8) dump bodies and accessories. Ox bodies are predominantly factory installed, fully up-fitted and ready for immediate use via direct to dealer distribution.

Crysteel, acquired in December 2005, is a cutting edge manufacturer of Class 3-8 bodies and conversion and trailer hoists, with an emphasis on municipal & utility applications. Crysteel’s family of brands includes J-Craft and Colt Hoists.

Rugby, another founding TBEI platform acquired in July 2005, is a top-tier manufacturer of light and medium duty (Class 3-7) dump bodies and conversion and trailer hoists.

Heil, TBEI’s most recent addition acquired in August 2006, designs and manufactures premium performance Class 3-8 dump bodies, hoists and related equipment. The Heil brand serves landscaping, construction, municipal and snow/ice applications.

Hardee, acquired in May 2006, is a leading Florida-based manufacturer of steel and aluminum dump bodies (Class 5-8), flat beds, roll off hoists, cranes and service bodies.

TBEI’s broad portfolio of products service a wide cross-section of markets and end users, including heavy duty applications in highway construction, waste handling, excavation, demolition and commercial development (primarily Class 8); medium duty applications in municipal and commercial development projects (primarily Class 6-7); and light duty applications in landscaping and miscellaneous others.
