PVC Container Corporation, headquartered in Eatontown, New Jersey, is engaged in the manufacture and sale of plastic bottles. The company's plastic bottle business consists of Novapak Corporation for its general line bottles and Airopak brand for its specialty containers.

Novapak Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PVC Container Corporation, manufactures extrusion blow molded and injection stretch blow molded bottles from PVC, HDPE and PET resins for use in a variety of consumer product applications. Some of the high-density polyethylene plastic bottles are fluorinated to improve chemical resistance and barrier properties of the containers manufactured under the Airopak brand.
