Kirtland Portfolio Company Completes Add-On
SmartSource Acquires Rentsys

Cleveland, Ohio – Middle-market private equity firm Kirtland Capital Partners (Kirtland) announced today that its portfolio company, SmartSource Computer and Audio Visual Rentals, purchased the assets of Rentsys Technology Rentals on October 1, 2009. Rentsys is SmartSource's 18th acquisition overall and its third during Kirtland's ownership.
